      Pros

      Benefits Package, Nice building layout and cafeteria, this is the place I would go if I was at the end of my career and didn't care about advancement.

      Cons

      Extremely disorganized and ill-trained senior management with no concept of leadership or promoting their best. They are most concerned with keeping those around them who will be yes men.

      Good benefits, good work life balance, great colleagues Competent management, good communications Good opportunities for work outside North America, if you want

      Cons

      Very tight on resources, asked for resources help several times to no effect Due to being a French company, very limited career opportunities, if you want to stay in the US and not relocate to France

      Some of the pros of the organization include the ability to work in a global organization with exposure to multiple cultures and the ability to work on projects that are executed around the world.

      The cons of working there is that the business is based on an industry that is very dependant on the currect political positions on power generation.
