•Dans le cadre de sa transformation digitale, le service Contrats souhaite optimiser l'exploitation de ses données (financières, client et projets) pour accroître l'efficience opérationnelle des équipes. L’enjeu est de passer d’une gestion de données fragmentée à un pilotage « Data-Driven » permettant une prise de décision rapide et sécurisée pour les chefs de projets et la direction.

•Pour accompagner cette ambition, nous recrutons un(e) alternant(e) Business Analyst afin de structurer nos bases de données, de fiabiliser nos flux d’informations et de déployer des outils de visualisation (Dashboards) innovants.

•Audit & Diagnostic : Réaliser l’état des lieux des bases de données existantes et identifier les axes d’amélioration(propreté, redondance, sécurité).

•Structuration de la Data : Proposer et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour rendre les bases de données plus robustes, structurées et évolutives.

•Business Intelligence (BI) : Concevoir et déployer des tableaux de bord dynamiques (Dashboards) sous Power BI pour le suivi de l'avancement des affaires et des indicateurs de performance (KPIs).

•Interfaçage & Automatisation : Assurer la cohérence et le flux de données entre nos différents outils (ERP/SAP, fichiers sources, outils de gestion) afin de limiter les saisies manuelles.

•Accompagnement au changement : Former les utilisateurs internes à l’exploitation des nouveaux outils et à la lecture des indicateurs.

•Data Analysis : Maîtrise avancée d'Excel et de la manipulation de bases de données (SQL est un plus).

•Data Visualisation : Maîtrise de Power BI (Power Query, DAX) ou outil équivalent.

•Systèmes d'Information : Bonne compréhension des flux de données et idéalement connaissance d'un ERP (SAP).

•Métier : Sensibilité aux enjeux contractuels et financiers de projets industriels.

•Anglais : Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement international (outils et reporting en anglais).

• To support this ambition, we are recruiting a Business Analyst apprentice to structure our databases, make our information flows reliable and deploy innovative visualization tools (Dashboards).

Missions/tasks assigned:

Under the responsibility of the Service Manager, you manage the increase in digital maturity of the department:

• Audit & Diagnosis: Conduct an inventory of existing databases and identify areas for improvement (cleanliness, redundancy, security).

• Data Structuring: Propose and implement solutions to make databases more robust, structured and scalable.

• Business Intelligence (BI): Design and deploy dynamic dashboards (Dashboards) under Power BI to monitor business progress and performance indicators (KPIs).

• Interfacing & Automation: Ensure consistency and data flow between our various tools (ERP/SAP, source files, management tools) in order to limit manual entries.

• Support for change: Train internal users to use new tools and to read indicators.

Specific skills required:

• Data Analysis: Advanced knowledge of Excel and database manipulation (SQL is a plus).

• Data Visualization: Knowledge of Power BI (Power Query, DAX) or equivalent tool.

• Information systems: Good understanding of data flows and ideally knowledge of an ERP (SAP).

• Job: Sensitivity to the contractual and financial challenges of industrial projects.

• English: Ability to evolve in an international environment (tools and reporting in English).
