At Tikehau Capital, ESG is an essential element in the decision-making process, embedded in the fundamental analysis of our investment teams. It is also a progressive approach, and we need to add more strength to the ESG team. This position is an opportunity to be part of a growing alternative asset manager and work with portfolio managers and experience ESG experts on diverse projects:.

The candidate will support the ESG team in its primary tasks, including but not limited to:

• 2025 ESG Reporting Campaign: Participate in the preparation and project management of the 2025 ESG reporting campaign for Private Debt and Private Equity.
• Sustainable Regulatory Requirements: Oversee and coordinate annual ESG and impact reports including regulatory topics (SFDR periodic reports, quarterly and annual dedicated reports…)
• ESG Process: Participation in the team's efforts and contribution to strengthening the department: improving tools, implementing effective processes, proposing training initiatives, and enhancing the team's research capabilities by contributing expertise and content on specific sectors and/or themes.
• ESG Analysis: Contribute to the analysis of ESG performance, including ESG scoring, monitoring of SRI criteria, benchmarking, and tracking decarbonization targets.
• Due Diligence: Help the team complete due diligence questionnaires to assess ESG factors across investment opportunities.
• Presentation and Material Preparation: Assist in the creation of presentations, as well as legal and marketing materials related to ESG initiatives.

Group-Level Responsibilities:

• Group Reporting: Support the ESG team in group-wide reporting initiatives, contributing to the overall development and communication of ESG efforts at the firm.

Ce poste est une opportunité de faire partie d'un gestionnaire d'actifs alternatifs en pleine croissance et de travailler avec les gérants de portefeuille et les équipes de recherche sur des sujets ESG variés.

Le stagiaire assistera l'équipe dans ses missions principales, comprenant :

• Campagne de Reporting ESG 2025 : Participer à la préparation et au lancement de la campagne de reporting 2025 (gestion de projet)
• Exigences Réglementaires Durables : Aide à l'analyse ESG (notation ESG, suivi des critères ISR, comparaison, suivi des objectifs de décarbonation, etc.).
• Processus ESG : Participation aux efforts de l'équipe et contribution au renforcement du département : Amélioration des outils, mise en œuvre des processus efficaces, propositions d’initiatives de formation, et renforcement des capacités de recherche de l'équipe en contribuant au savoir-faire et au contenu sur des secteurs et/ou des thèmes spécifiques.
• Analyse ESG : Assistance à la complétion des questionnaires de due diligence.
• Diligence Raisonnée : Aide à la préparation et la production de présentations, de documents légaux et marketing.
• Préparation de Présentations et de Supports : Participation aux efforts d'engagement avec l'équipe de recherche pour les entreprises prioritaires du portefeuille sur les sujets d'impact, ESG et controverses.

Responsabilités au niveau du groupe :

• Reporting de groupe : Soutenir l'équipe ESG dans les initiatives de reporting à l'échelle du groupe, en contribuant au développement global et à la communication des efforts ESG au sein de l'entreprise.

Profile:

• Final or penultimate year student from a top business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills: Ability to approach problems logically and systematically, and to analyze information effectively.
• Attention to detail: Demonstrating a meticulous approach to tasks, including data entry, report formatting, and documentation, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of work.
• Dynamic and pro-active in suggesting new ideas: Demonstrating initiative and the ability to work autonomously, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Possessing a strong sense of urgency and a focus on achieving results.
• Excellent command of MS Office: in particular Excel (ability to use formulas and to manage large files) and Powerpoint, and ability to quickly learn new software tools or platforms used within the organization.
• Familiarity with ESG-related reporting regulations (SFDR, CSRD) and standards including GRI, SASB, TCFD, EDCI, France Invest would be a plus.
• Knowledge of the Reporting tool (R21) is a plus
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken); additional languages being considered a plus - in particular Italian, Spanish and German
• Strong personal interest for certain sustainability matters

• Étudiant(e) en dernière année ou avant-dernière année d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieurs, avec de solides antécédents académiques.
• Solides compétences analytiques et de synthèse : capacité à aborder les problèmes de manière logique et systématique, et à analyser les informations de manière efficace.
• Attention aux détails : faire preuve d'une approche méticuleuse des tâches, y compris la saisie des données, la mise en forme des rapports et la documentation, en veillant à la précision et à l'exactitude dans tous les aspects du travail.
• Dynamisme et proactivité dans la proposition de nouvelles idées : faire preuve d'initiative et de capacité à travailler de manière autonome, avec une approche proactive de la résolution de problèmes. Démontrer une grande réactivité et une détermination à atteindre les résultats.
• Excellente maîtrise de MS Office : en particulier Excel (capacité à utiliser des formules et à gérer de gros fichiers) et Powerpoint, et capacité à apprendre rapidement de nouveaux outils logiciels ou plateformes utilisés au sein de l'organisation.
• La connaissance des réglementations et des normes de reporting liées à l'ESG (SFDR, CSRD) ainsi que des standards tels que GRI, SASB, TCFD, EDCI, France Invest serait un plus.
• Connaissance de la plateforme Reporting21 est un plus.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé) ; la connaissance d'autres langues sera considérée comme un plus, en particulier l'italien, l'espagnol et l'allemand.
• Un vif intérêt pour les questions ESG et le développement durable.
