Mission
Vous aurez pour mission de piloter la gouvernance et l’amélioration continue du socle QMS de ST, en intégrant le cadre Enterprise Management System (EMS), les pratiques de Business Process Management (BPM), la gouvernance de l’information documentée ainsi que la gestion de la performance de l’organisation.
Votre objectif sera de garantir que les processus, la documentation, les outils et les indicateurs de performance forment un ensemble cohérent, efficace et aligné avec la stratégie de l’entreprise, déployé de manière homogène au sein de toute l’organisation.
Responsabilités clés
- Être le référent du cadre EMS de ST et de la méthodologie BPM, en partenariat avec les owners de processus et les équipes digitales.
- Garantir la cohérence de bout en bout entre la conception des processus, la documentation, les outils et les KPI.
- Assurer la gouvernance du processus de Documented Information, incluant les règles de gouvernance, les communautés associées et son déploiement.
- Être le owner du processus de Performance Management au niveau de l’entreprise.
- Garantir un processus de performance lean, aligné sur la stratégie et exécuté dans les délais, en cohérence avec l’ensemble des processus dérivés, notamment la Top Page.
- Animer les communautés clés liées à l’EMS, à la documentation et à la performance : process owners, document controllers, KPI owners.
Assurer l’alignement entre la gestion de la performance et la gestion des risques d’entreprise, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe ERM.

Gouvernance EMS et processus
- Définir, maintenir et améliorer le cadre EMS ainsi que l’architecture des processus de l’entreprise.
- Déployer les méthodes et standards BPM pour la modélisation, la refonte et la digitalisation des processus.
- Accompagner les communautés de process owners et de process architects afin de :
- appliquer les standards et méthodes EMS/BPM,
- documenter et maintenir les processus conformément aux standards de l’entreprise.
- Soutenir les process owners dans :
- la conception et la mise à jour de leurs processus,
- l’utilisation d’outils digitaux et de workflows pour améliorer efficacité et robustesse.
Piloter l’équipe EMS & Process Governance / Performance Manager and analyst et conduire le contenu du programme de transformation EMS.

Gouvernance de l’information documentée
- Définir, maintenir et améliorer le processus de gestion de l’information documentée : politiques, procédures, règles de classification, modèles et workflows.
- Animer la communauté des Document Controllers à l’échelle de l’entreprise afin d’assurer :
- l’alignement avec les règles et processus documentaires,
- la communication, la formation et le support,
- le partage des bonnes pratiques et l’amélioration continue.
- Garantir le respect des règles relatives à :
- la création, la revue et l’approbation des documents,
- la classification et la conservation,
- le versioning, l’obsolescence et l’archivage.
- Prévenir la prolifération injustifiée des documents, en encourageant la simplification et l’élimination des doublons ou documents obsolètes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes en charge des outils (IT / Digital / EMS) pour aligner les fonctionnalités des outils avec les besoins métier et les exigences de gouvernance.
Réaliser des revues régulières du processus d’information documentée et piloter les actions correctives et d’amélioration.

Gestion de la performance
- Définir, mesurer, suivre et améliorer le processus de Performance Management.
- Garantir un processus lean, efficace et aligné sur la stratégie de l’entreprise.
- Concevoir et maintenir un calendrier de performance cohérent, assurant l’exécution de toutes les étapes dans les délais.
- Veiller à la cohérence entre le processus de performance et les processus dérivés, notamment la Top Page et les vues de performance associées.
- Animer et accompagner la communauté dédiée au Performance Management.
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe ERM pour assurer l’alignement entre performance et risques au niveau management.
- Coordonner le déploiement des KPI :
- assurer leur documentation, leur ownership et leurs routines de revue,
- consolider les résultats au niveau entreprise,produire des dashboards intégrés et des analyses claires à destination du management et des parties prenantes.
- Garantir que les outputs du Performance Management alimentent les revues de management, les plans d’amélioration et les mises à jour du QMS.
Leadership et interfaces
- Collaborer étroitement avec :
- QMS Standards & Certification, afin de garantir que les pratiques EMS, documentation et performance soutiennent les exigences ISO/IATF et autres standards ;
- Audit Governance, pour assurer la préparation aux audits et le traitement efficace des constats systémiques ;
les organisations corporate et locales (Quality, Operations, HR, IT/Digital) pour le déploiement, la formation et la conduite du changement.

Compétences et expérience requises
- Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en QMS, business process management, gouvernance documentaire, gestion de la performance ou domaine équivalent.
- Solide connaissance des normes ISO 9001 et IATF 16949.
- Expérience avérée dans :
- la conduite de programmes de transformation transverses, incluant digitalisation et reengineering des processus ;
- la gouvernance documentaire et l’animation de communautés ;
- la gestion de la performance et des KPI : frameworks, dashboards, cycles de revue et alignement stratégique ;
le management de managers ou d’experts seniors dans une organisation multi-sites et transverse.

Mission
Lead the governance and continuous improvement of the ST QMS backbone, integrating the Enterprise Management System (EMS) framework, business process management (BPM) practices, documented information governance, and organization performance management. Ensure that processes, documentation, tools, and KPIs form a coherent, efficient, and strategy‑aligned system deployed across the company.
Key Accountabilities
- Owner of the ST EMS framework and BPM methodology , in partnership with process owners and digital teams.
- Ensure end‑to‑end coherence between process design, documentation, tools, and KPIs.
- Process owner of the Documented Information process, including governance, communities, and deployment.
- Process owner of the Performance Management process at company level.
- Guarantee a lean, strategy‑aligned performance management process executed on time and consistently connected with all derived processes (including the “Top Page”).
- Drive and animate the key communities related to EMS, documentation, and performance (process owners, document controllers, KPI owners), ensuring adherence to company processes and standards.
- Ensure coherence between performance management and enterprise risk management through structured collaboration with the ERM team .
Main Responsibilities
EMS & Process Governance
- Define, maintain, and improve the EMS framework and business process architecture of the company.
- Establish and deploy BPM methods and standards for process modeling, reengineering, and digitalization.
- Drive and support the community of process owners and process architects to:
- Apply EMS/BPM standards and methods.
- Document and maintain processes in line with company guidelines.
- Support process owners in:
- Designing and updating their processes in line with EMS standards.
- Leveraging digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency and robustness.
- Lead the EMS & Process Governance / Performance Manager and analyst team; steer the EMS transformation program content.
Documented Information Governance
- Define, maintain, and improve the documented information process , including policies, procedures, classification rules, templates, and workflows.
- Lead, drive, and animate the company‑wide community of Document Controllers , ensuring:
- Alignment to company documentation processes and rules.
- Regular communication, training, and support.
- Sharing of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full adherence to company rules regarding:
- Document generation, review, and approval.
- Document classification, and retention.
- Versioning, obsolescence, and archiving.
- Monitor and prevent unjustified document proliferation , promoting simplification and elimination of redundant or obsolete documents.
- Interact closely with the tool ownership organization (IT / Digital / EMS) to:
- Align documentation tools and functionalities with business needs and process requirements.
- Ensure tools effectively support governance rules, classification, workflows, and performance.
- Perform regular process reviews on documented information (quality, consistency, usage) and drive corrective and improvement actions.
Performance Management
- Define, measure, monitor, and improve the Performance Management process:
- Ensure the process is lean, efficient, and aligned with company strategy .
- Design and maintain a coherent process calendar, ensuring on‑time execution of all steps.
- Ensure full coherence between the Performance Management process and all derived processes , including:Company “Top Page” and related performance views.
- Drive and support the community of Performance Management process .
- Collaborate closely with the ERM team toensure full alignment of performance vs. risk at management level.
- Coordinate the deployment of KPIs :
- Ensure proper documentation, ownership, and review routines for KPIs.
- Consolidate KPI results at company level , providing:
- Integrated dashboards and analysis.
- Clear explanation and communication of results, trends, and key messages to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that Performance Management outputs are consistently used as inputs for management reviews, improvement plans, and QMS updates
Leadership & Interfaces
- Collaborate closely with:
- QMS Standards & Certification to ensure that EMS, documentation, and performance practices support ISO/IATF and other standards.
- Audit Governance to ensure audit readiness and effective response to systemic findings.

- 10+ years experience in QMS, business process management, documentation governance, performance management, or equivalent roles.
- Solid knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
