YOUR MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Successful applicants will be formally trained at one of our award-winning training centers in California, USA or, Singapore or Taiwan.

• Domestic and international travel is required on a regular basis.

• Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.

• Be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction with our service and maintaining the operational quality of system equipment

• Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.

• Provides assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

• Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school or ~3 years industry working experience. Technical military occupational specialties and training may be considered.

• Ability to understand and tackle problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or electro-optical systems to address on site customer problems.

• Experience working on electronic systems within semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation industry is a plus.

• Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment to address their needs and concerns.

• Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things

• Proactive communication that facilitates seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively.

• Fluent in English and French language is a must.

• Full driver’s license
