Leader Matériaux 2 (H/F)

• Rechercher, industrialiser et valider des matériaux alternatifs dans le cadre des changements matières ou des études de sécurisation.
• Assurer le suivi technique des fournisseurs et sous-traitants dans le cadre des études.
• Participer activement à la veille technologique et à son organisation au sein du service.
• Être support technique auprès du laboratoire matériaux et des équipes Aptar (GMD, commerciale, production …) et intervenir sur la résolution de problèmes.
• Participer au suivi technique des sujets des Techniciens ou Leader Matériaux 1.
• Participer à la formation des Techniciens Matériaux ou Leaders Matériaux 1

• Diplôme : Bac + 5 – Ecole d’ingénieur ou Masters spécialisés (Chimie, génie chimique, matériaux, mécanique, …),
• Expérience professionnelle significative sur un poste similaire,
• Compétences en Leadership et gestion de projet,
• Connaissance approfondie des polymères, élastomères, caoutchoucs,
• Maitrise des procédés de transformation : mélangeage, extrusion, vulcanisation,
• Capacité à analyser les propriétés mécaniques et physico-chimique des matériaux,
• Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problème,
• Bonne connaissance de l’industrie pharmaceutique,
• Maitrise de l’anglais,
• Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (SAP, MS Project et autres logiciels spécifiques à la fonction)

Materials Leader 2 (M/F)

• Researching, industrializing and validating alternative materials as part of material changes or safety studies.
• Ensuring the technical monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors as part of the studies.
• Play an active role in technology watch and its organization within the department.
• Providing technical support to the materials laboratory and Aptar teams (GMD, sales, production, etc.) and helping to resolve problems.
• Participate in the technical follow-up of Technicians' or Materials 1 Leaders' subjects.
• Participate in the training of Materials Technicians or Materials Leaders 1.

• Degree: 5 years' higher education - engineering school or specialist Masters (chemistry, chemical engineering, materials, mechanics, etc.),
• Significant professional experience in a similar position,
• Leadership and project management skills,
• In-depth knowledge of polymers, elastomers and rubbers,
• Mastery of transformation processes: mixing, extrusion, vulcanization,
• Ability to analyse the mechanical and physico-chemical properties of materials,
• Ability to analyse and solve problems,
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry,
• Fluency in English,
• You are comfortable using IT tools (SAP, MS Project and other software specific to the role).
