WE'RE LOOKING FOR A DETAIL-ORIENTED CRM CAMPAIGN ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR TEAM!

GANNI is looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented student to join our CRM team as a CRM Campaign Assistant Intern, reporting to our Head of CRM & Digital Marketing. Within a learning framework, you will be introduced to the day-to-day workings of CRM campaign management and develop hands-on skills in campaign execution and cross-functional coordination.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As our CRM Campaign Assistant Intern, you will be instrumental in the daily execution and optimization of our Customer Relationship Management efforts. You will have a hands-on role in ensuring our communication is timely, relevant, and engaging across various channels. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience with essential CRM tools and contribute directly to understanding and enhancing our customer experience through data analysis and campaign management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Learn to build, schedule and send email and SMS campaigns using Bloomreach, under the guidance of the CRM team.
• Observe and contribute to campaign performance analysis through dashboards, developing your reporting skills.
• Participate in cross-departmental coordination around the newsletter calendar, gaining exposure to how creative, e-commerce and buying teams collaborate.
• Support the team in maintaining the CRM campaign calendar.
• Develop your analytical skills through ad hoc reporting tasks.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Familiar with or eager to learn Bloomreach (or similar CRM/ESP platforms).
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and liaise with several teams at once.
• Comfortable working with data and performance dashboards.
A clear communicator — you can chase a brief without chasing people twice.

Practical Information:

• Duration: 6 months
• Start date: August 2026
• Location: Paris
• Working hours: 35 hours per week
• A valid internship agreement (convention de stage) issued by your school or university is required
Open to students currently enrolled in a French or international higher education institution
