Vos superpouvoirs au quotidien

• Gestion des talents et formation : vous pilotez les processus internes (Talent Review, actions plan) et légaux (entretiens professionnels) en collaboration avec les Global HRBP ; vous élaborez et mettez en œuvre les plans de formation, et suivez les plans d’action individuels. Sous la supervision de la Directrice RH, vous êtes l’interlocuteur du CoDir et du CSE sur la formation
• Recrutement : vous soutenez les managers dans les process de définition et d’approbation des postes, en collaboration avec l’équipe Talent Acquisition ; vous développez un programme de partenariat avec les écoles et universités
• Communication et Belonging : vous participez à l’animation de la page RH de notre réseau social interne et animez le réseau Belonging sur site

Qualifications

• Licence ou Master en Ressources Humaines avec 2 à 5 ans d’expérience
• Anglais impératif (vous passerez la moitié de votre temps sur des contenus en anglais)
• Une première expérience des entreprises internationales et matricielle vous aidera à devenir rapidement opérationnel
• Une première expérience en gestion des talents et de la formation est appréciée
• Doté d’une forte capacité d’organisation et de priorisation, vous savez livrer vos projets dans les temps
• L’Employee experience est une de vos priorités

Your Superpowers in Action

• Talent management & training: You lead internal programs (Talent Review, action plans) and statutory processes (professional interviews), in collaboration with the Global HR Business Partners. You develop and implement training plans and track individual action plans. Under the supervision of the HR Director, you serve as the main point of contact for the Executive Committee and the Works Council on training matters.

• Recruitment: You support managers in the processes for defining and approving roles, in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team. You also help develop a partnership program with schools and universities.

• Communication & belonging: You contribute to the promotion and activity of the HR page on our internal social network, and you help run the Belonging community on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, with 2–5 years of experience.

• English is essential (about half your time will be spent working with English-language materials).

• Prior experience in international, matrix organizations will help you become productive quickly.

• Prior experience in talent management and training is a plus.

• Strong ability to organize and prioritize—you deliver your projects on time.

• Employee experience is one of your top priorities.
