Rôle

En tant qu'Apprenti(e) Achats, vous jouerez un rôle important en soutenant l'équipe des achats en support de la performance des achats, sécurisation de l'approvisionnement en en assurant la meilleure qualité, dans les délais requis et dans des conditions optimales. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec des professionnels expérimentés, acquérant des connaissances et des compétences précieuses qui vous aideront à évoluer dans le domaine des achats.

Missions:

Vous soutiendrez les Responsables de Catégorie des Achats de Matières Premières (CPM) dans leurs tâches quotidiennes telles que :

• Analyse des achats, support et reporting, à partir de la collecte de données des pays

• Recherche/sélection de nouveaux fournisseurs pour les catégories existantes et leurs alternatives

• Suivi des tests techniques en lien avec la R&D

• Lancement d'un appel d'offres en utilisant les outils digitaux SG

• Analyse des offres, préparation et participation aux négociations avec le CPM

• Redistribution des allocations de volume des fournisseurs entre les usines SG

• Préparation de la rédaction des contrats en liaison avec le département juridique de SG

• Contribution à la cartographie du CO2, lancement d'actions et suivi sur le scope 3 du CO2 vers l'objectif de neutralité carbone en 2050

• Aider le CPM à préparer les hypothèses de prix pour le budget et les prévisions roulantes

• Soutien à la stratégie des matières premières

Rôle

As a Purchasing Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the procurement team by assisting with monitoring purchasing performance, securing the supply of insulation materials at the best quality, within the required timeframes, and under optimal conditions. You will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining valuable insights and skills that will help you grow in the field of purchasing.

Missions:

You will support Raw material Category Purchasing Managers (CPM) in his/her daily tasks such as:

• Purchasing analysis, Support and Reporting, from countries’ data collection
• Sourcing/screening the market to find new suppliers for existing categories and their alternatives
• Follow the technical tests in liaison with R&D
• Launch a global tender by using the SG e-tool
• Analyze offers, prepare and participate to the negotiations with the CPM
• Redistribute volume allocations from Suppliers between the SG plants
• Prepare contract redaction in liaison with SG legal department
• Contribute to the CO2 mapping, launch actions & follow-up on CO2 scope 3 towards the carbon neutrality goal in 2050
• Help the CPM to prepare Budget and Rolling Forecast price assumptions
• Support the strategy of RM
