Due to the rapid expansion of Mindray’s success, we have an opportunity for a highly experienced and well versed monitoring and infusion expert to demonstrate creativity and innovation as a Field Service Engineer within our ultra-ambitious team as we continue to disrupt the market!

Experienced in a field-based service role within Medical Devices capital equipment, you will have a background including providing onsite training and servicing and a Biomedical qualification.

This role will be shaped by the right candidate, and we are looking for you to be an absolute expert in Field Service in France, you will be a self-starter, autonomous and solutions focused, with an unquestionable influencing and negotiation skills, energised by a varied and fast-paced role where you can drive the strategic direction of Service. Your responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls during office hours, Monday to Friday bearing in mind that customers must be contacted within 24 hrs of their initial call.
• Take responsibility for the effective management of your designated service area including promoting new contracts and liaising with customers for renewals.
• Demonstrate efficiency in installations within assigned service territory and coordinating the installation of large orders if required.
• Completing all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits on time and to the levels outlined in the service manual.
• Assist sales and marketing team with tender opportunities as technical support and to promote service contracts.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and liaising with the Service Supervisor/Manager to ensure they are calibrated.
• Maintenance of spare parts inventory, company vehicle and other company equipment and supplies.
• Occasional training of clinical staff on designated equipment.
• Responsible for tracking and maintaining both parts and loaner inventories allocated to them, updating the CRM system accordingly.
• Other tasks or responsibilities designated by the Field Service Supervisor, France

What are we looking for in you?

• Medical Devices Capital Equipment Field service experience is vital
• Based ‘on patch’ in the East area
• Experience of working in France requiring no company sponsorship to join our business
• Experience of providing training on medical devices capital equipment
• Fluent French, with English as a business language
• Highly customer focused along with your hunger to achieve more, this role has significant development potential for the right candidate!
• Technically proficient in the troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of all medical products, specifically including monitoring and infusion products.
• Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical
• Demonstrates experience of working autonomously to achieve KPI’s
• An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships
• Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Flexible to travel as required

En raison de l’expansion rapide du succès de Mindray, nous avons une opportunité pour un(e) expert(e) expérimenté(e) et parfaitement à l’aise sur les solutions de monitoring et de perfusion, afin de démontrer créativité et innovation en tant qu’Ingénieur Service Terrain au sein de notre équipe ambitieuse.

Expérimenté(e) dans un rôle de service itinérant sur des équipements de dispositifs médicaux, vous disposez d’un parcours incluant la formation sur site, la maintenance, et une qualification en biomédical.

Ce poste sera façonné par le/la bon(ne) candidat(e) : nous recherchons un(e) véritable expert(e) du service terrain en France. Vous êtes autonome, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) solutions, avec d’excellentes capacités d’influence et de négociation, et vous êtes motivé(e) par un rôle varié et dynamique. En retour, vous travaillerez avec une technologie de pointe, soutenue par une croissance stable à deux chiffres et un environnement de travail créatif et disruptif.

Vos responsabilités :

• Répondre aux appels clients pendant les heures de bureau, du lundi au vendredi, en veillant à ce que les clients soient contactés dans les 24 heures suivant leur appel initial.
• Assurer la gestion efficace de votre zone de service désignée, notamment en promouvant de nouveaux contrats et en liaison avec les clients pour les renouvellements.
• Faire preuve d’efficacité dans les installations sur votre territoire et coordonner l’installation de grandes commandes si nécessaire (accompagné d’un chef projet).
• Coordonner ou réaliser toutes les visites de maintenance préventive planifiée (PPM) dans les délais et selon les niveaux définis dans le manuel de service.
• Assister les équipes commerciales et marketing lors des appels d’offres en tant que support technique et promouvoir les contrats de service.
• Entretenir correctement les outils et équipements de test, et collaborer avec le/la Superviseur(e)/Manager Service afin de s’assurer qu’ils sont étalonnés.
• Assurer la gestion du stock de pièces détachées, du véhicule de société, ainsi que des autres équipements et fournitures de l’entreprise.
• Former occasionnellement le personnel clinique sur les équipements désignés.
• Assurer le suivi et la gestion des stocks de pièces et de matériels de prêt qui vous sont alloués, et mettre à jour le CRM en conséquence.
• Autres tâches ou responsabilités confiées par le/la Superviseur(e) Service Terrain, France.
• Autorisation légale de travailler en France sans nécessité de sponsoring par l’entreprise.

Que recherchons-nous chez vous ?

• Une expérience de service terrain sur des dispositifs médicaux est indispensable.
• Être basé(e) « sur le secteur » dans la région Est.
• Expérience de formation sur des dispositifs médicaux.
• Français courant, avec l’anglais comme langue de travail.
• Fort sens du service client et envie de progresser : ce poste offre un potentiel de développement important.
• Maîtrise technique du diagnostic, de la réparation et de l’étalonnage de l’ensemble des produits médicaux, notamment les produits de monitoring et de perfusion.
• Des preuves d’intelligence émotionnelle sont essentielles.
• Expérience de travail en autonomie pour atteindre les KPI.
• Capacité à répondre aux demandes clients grâce à de solides compétences d’écoute.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et relationnel, avec une aptitude à créer des relations solides.
• Compétences avérées en négociation, avec une approche orientée résolution de problèmes.
• Flexibilité pour se déplacer selon les besoins.
