Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Specialized Interest: Demonstrated keen interest in Compensation, Benefits, and International Mobility.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Possess strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, coupled with proficiency in AI-powered tools and a strong data-driven mindset.
• Organizational & Confidentiality Skills: Highly organized, meticulous attention to detail, and an undeniable commitment to confidentiality.
• Intercultural Agility: Capable of interacting effectively in diverse multi-site, multi-lingual, and multi-cultural work environments. Strong teamwork skills are essential.
• Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
