Lengthy but helpful , good environment to work with and grow . Company provides many options of jobs and their processes with handsome salary. Really liked their process of hiring and working
They had a full day interview process with three rounds.
Round 1 was HR round where HR wanted to know the whys of sitting for the interview process
Round 2 was GD
where a manager talked to us about generic topics
Round 3 was with the manager of the brand we will be working for
It was all about why you want to work, and why you want to work for them
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP (Lima, ) in May 2025
Interview
It was very simple, but helped me to undertand how to take an interview in the best way, the trainers were direct and very concise with the process. The questions were a little bit tricky at first

Quite smooth and good they asked about my experience and expectations. Job roles and responsibilities why i want to change about shifts.they ask about work culture and my education ,higher expectations
