Informal and very easy. Laid back asked questions about experience and how to handle certain situations. Asked about past and how I would deal with sticky situations and what I would do to be better at my job had that happened.

Was contacted for an interview via e-mail a week after submitting my resume, but had to reschedule a couple of times since the manager seemed to be on a really tight schedule. Interview was over an hour long consisting mostly of scenario questions. A lot of thinking on the spot, so preparing beforehand didn't help much. Asked for 3 references.
