Shell Intern interview questions

Standardized and bureaucratic, generic questions, must provide past life examples to support answers. Doesn't seem to matter if they are only loosely related. Simply must have an answer and example for each question, answer quality doesn't seem too relevant

It was a long process, starting with an exam, then interviews, phone calls, etc. If I recall correct it had 7 phases total, and I thought it was a very thorough process. Each phase eliminated a bunch of candidates until there was only a handful.
