I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Salesforce (Hyderâbâd) in Mar 2023
Interview
I wanted to share my feedback on the recent interview process that I went through for Salesforce. While I appreciated the opportunity to interview for the position, I wanted to express my disappointment with the way I was treated during the managerial round. While I felt that I answered each and every question to the best of my ability, the manager rejected me and was extremely rude in the process. It seemed like the manager was frustrated and took their frustration out on me, which was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that not every candidate can be hired, but I believe that all candidates deserve to be treated with respect and dignity throughout the interview process. It's important for managers to communicate their feedback in a constructive and professional manner, and unfortunately, that was not the case in this situation.
