Great. A little disjointed from the initial call with recruiter but very smooth once the formal process took place. Quick follow up too with feedback. Closed loop off very well and all in all a positive experience.

Question 1
How do you bounce back after difficult sales performance in back to back months?
The Salesforce interview process typically involves multiple rounds, starting with a recruiter phone screen or a technical screen for engineers. This is followed by onsite interviews, which can be virtual or in person, and may include rounds with hiring managers, panel interviews, and technical interviews.

What’s a problem you faced where you had to think outside the box to solve it?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Paris) in May 2025
Interview
I was contacted by Talent Acquisition and went through 4 interviews (hiring manager and SVPs). The process went well overall and I had a positive experience during the interviews. However, after the 4th round, I received a rejection email without any feedback. I tried reaching out multiple times via email and phone, but never received a response. Feedback would have been helpful to understand the decision.
