Company representative came to our university, told us about the company, opportunities, etc. Then we had tests and quizzes on maths, mechanics, logics. Tests were a little bit difficult.
After that I was invited to an interview with HR, the attitude was great, manager was really nice and friendly, but still I was nervous, since that was my first interview ever.

The selection process consists of three rounds- Resume based shortlisting and two HR rounds. The candidates selected for the resume based shortlisting were supposed to introduce themselves in the first round of interview. The further round included a more exhaustive interview based on resume.

First screening was at my university's career fair, after, I had to attend an info session, then an on campus interview. My interview went well, but I didn't hear back from them, as well as all other students, maybe because the oil and gas industry is in recession currently, and they they are laying people off!
