the process was easy. while I was getting interviewed they asked me basic questions involving different functions of the kitchen staff as well as my previous roles at other jobs.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Panda Express in Jun 2022
Interview
My first interview was soon after I applied mid-June. Through Zoom with HR. My second interview was at my local Panda with the general manager early July. I was told there would be a third interview, which I didn't mind, and even if I didn't pass the manager interview I would have a position as FOH. Third interview rescheduled numerous times and eventually done over Zoom with area manager mid-July. Interviewers were very nice, not a very hard or stressful interview. Was told I would hear decision from either interviewer in a few days. It is now the end of August. I've called, texted, and heard nothing. It felt like a massive waste of my time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
-Tell me about yourself
-What are your top 3 strengths and weaknesses?
-What do you know about Panda?
-Why do you want to work at Panda?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Panda Express (Provo, UT) in Sep 2021
Interview
It wasn’t to hard. The manger who talked to me was very easy to talk to. They asked about relevant experience and normal interview questions. Once I got the job training was a bit hard as some of the workers I was being trained by didn’t speak English so that was a little challenging at times.
