Panda Express interview questions

The GM called me for initial interview. I thought interview went well. At end he told me I had to come back in 2 weeks to interview with the district manager. I also thought that interview went well. Then I heard nothing for almost 2 months, at which time another manager, a female this time, called and asked me for a third interview. This was all for a minimum wage hourly crew position! I had already found a good job by then so I declined the 3rd interview.
