Applied Online, Received a call from a recruiter, scheduled a phone interview a week later, after the phone interview, called in for an in-person interview the week after, they do ask if you read the 7 habits, because their entire company culture and values' based off it.

Called a week after applying to set up a phone interview the next day. The phone interview was very intense. There are a lot of question, more than the actually interview and we talked for more than 20 Mins. After the phone interview I was contacted 5 Mins later to set up a person interview locally. Interview went very well. The interview was very distracted by watching the store and it was very crowed in the restaurant that day. He asked similar questions to the phone interview. I was called 4 days later to offer me a lead counter job! Thank you but no. I have good experience. Very disappointed and somewhat insulted by the offer. Person I talked said I could work my way up within a year.
