I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Meta (Menlo Park, CA)
Interview
Good process cool people everything except the final interview where they seem disinterested and it was obvious by their questions. I was going to get a rejection, but they kind of just dragged it out. Kind of seemed contemptuous.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Meta (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2021
Interview
first recruiter chat, then screening phone call (coding) and then On-site coding interview. I didn't hear back after the second phase for 2 weeks then I got a reject email.
I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Jun 2018
Interview
There were 2 rounds of telephone screening before the in person interview. The two phone screenings were scheduled well and went per plan. The in person interview was poorly planned and in haste because I already had two offers in hand and they had to rush the interview. The panel consisted of people who didnt even know what position this interview was for and asked me irrelevant questions which was no way part of the job description. They interviewed me for linux when I was a windows engineer. They asked me python questions when I was a powershell exprt. So confusing!!
