Meta Customer Service Representative interview questions

5-6 interviews. I applied to this job knowing a handful of people that where hired with less experience than me. I was rejected with no explanation despite the HR person saying I got good reviews. Don’t get upset if you interview well and don’t get it. There are other factors involved here that determine if you get in and unfortunately experience and performance is not a big factor. Just prepare well and if possible Look you’re best.

The interview process took place over a phone call. It lasted 30-45 minutes. They asked questions about my experience, and why I would be a good fit for this role.
