not very difficult. several questions about the experience and passionate areas. nice and approachable interviewer and good hr facilitators. It's fun to go through the process and interesting to see the person and office. Nice set up and happy process. Very glad to join the interview and will consider again
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Meta (Austin, TX)
Interview
5-6 interviews. I applied to this job knowing a handful of people that where hired with less experience than me. I was rejected with no explanation despite the HR person saying I got good reviews. Don’t get upset if you interview well and don’t get it. There are other factors involved here that determine if you get in and unfortunately experience and performance is not a big factor. Just prepare well and if possible Look you’re best.
