Interview
One hone call followed by a three person panel interview. The interview involved a walk down of the resume and questions requesting experience/lessons in a variety of circumstances. The panel interview followed the full spectrum leadership template.

Interview
It was a phone interview and that's it, there was no 1 on 1 or anything. They gave me an overview of what I would be doing then asked me of my experience. Most of the interview was talking about my experience and telling them about myself. They ask scenario/behavior questions to which you should answer in STAR format. It takes time from applying to getting the offer. I waited a month for them to give me the pre-interview form then 3 weeks to schedule the interview which will be up to a week after the phone call and it took about 2 days for them to let me know that I got it and after that it was the background check stage. The background check took about 3 weeks (this will be your longest 3 weeks of your life). So in all, it took about 3 months from start to finish. Hope this helps somebody out there.
