I interviewed first with HR and then with the Hiring Manager, which is pretty standard. I wasn't asked any really difficult questions, the HR Manager stressed the importance of really knowing and understanding the L'Oreal brand. I found her nice but a bit exaggerated. The Hiring Manager was very nice, the interview felt more like a conversation. Although I wasn't made an offer, I did realize the position wasn't right for me as it involved temporary relocation and excessive work hours. For anyone interviewing with L'Oreal, I would say have a good knowledge of the various L'Oreal brands and any L'Oreal related news.
