I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at KFC (Campbelltown, New South Wales) in Oct 2011
Interview
Had to apply online, filled out all the personal info, and availability. Then proceeded to the quiz, consisting of 60 multiple choice questions, based around common knowledge customer service, food quality and work ethics questions.
After passing this stage, was emailed for an in-store interview with the restaurant manager. 2 days later, received an offer and my uniform and started work a week after that.

Interview
I was asked a few questions, and I answered all of them. They asked me when I was available, and I said Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays. The interview process wasn't the longest interview but it gave me a clear view into what other interviews might be like so I enjoyed it even though I didn't get the job.
