IBM Systems Engineer interview questions

It was ok.. 4 rounds of interviews. Hiring managers were good and they responded to all my questions. 2 rounds were technical and 3rd round was behavioral. The overall experience was average. They responded on time

I applied online and it took a week for me to get the call. First round was aptitude which as quite easy and then followed english assessment.then GD and finally technical and HR round. Interview process was very cool.Recruiters were very soft spoken.They made us feel comfortable .Questions were very straight forward. They tested on your interpersonnel skills .Overall very good experience.
