IBM Senior Software Engineer interview questions

It was easy process,but they took time in releasing offer. There are three rounds: first round: telephonic round second round: technical face to face third round: Manager round PDM round. salary discussion was done in PDM round only and then offer was sent through HR.

Very bad experience with the interview Process. I got call from recruiter. After a week they asked me to come interview. Rounds are as follows, 1. Online test 2. 2 face 2 face rounds 3. HR round. After completion of all these rounds. They have taken the thumb prints, all required documents from me. After 20 days they informed me as "we are in the process of internal approvals. we will provide you offer in two weeks.". After 10 days they simple drafted me on mail. We are not able to process you candidature further.
