IBM Associate Systems Engineer interview questions

1st round is wriiten, once you pass that then they will go for technical foollowed by HR round.

I have got a mail from IBM for the interview.It is an OFF campus.I don't understand why these people have verified the documents before 1st round itself.I have 64% and the eligibility criteria is 65%.They have not allowed me to write even the written Exam.I prepared for 3 days and came back without even attempting the written itself.They are verifying all the documents.
