I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Londres, Angleterre) in Oct 2024
Interview
It was quite straightforward, there was CV and cover letter, followed by online tests and then a few written questions and Job simulation, then a HireVue interview. This was as expected and I did not get past the HireVue.

Question 1
Why do you think HSBC is the right company for you?
The company has way too many rounds of assessments, which I found exhausting. Ultimately, I was rejected because my résumé didn’t meet their requirements. However, I believe the résumé screening should have been done before sending me the assessments, not afterward.
