HCLTech Sr Software Engineer interview questions

Two technical rounds and one HR round I successfully cleared the first round, which focused on coding. The second round, a managerial interview, lasted over 1 hour and 20 minutes and went very well; I was able to answer all the questions effectively. However, I received feedback indicating that, despite my strong performance, they decided not to proceed because I have not been working in front-end development for one year. This outcome was unexpected given the positive feedback from both rounds.
