The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Eaton (Galesburg, MI)
Interview
I don't recall if there was a phone interview, but the in-person interview process is rather unique. I personally enjoyed it because it let me display who I am by presenting a PowerPoint presentation of myself and what I bring to the company. This was presented in front of an audience of maybe 6 people which included a few chief engineers of similar positions and a couple people who would become fellow coworkers. At least in my group, a slight hint of humor is fine, but it's always risky as you don't know the style of the people. Focus on competencies. It also included your standard "tell me about a time" questions after the presentation.

Question 1
Having had little experience in the industry, the toughest question I was faced with was simply for me to give an overview of how I would program the product and what things I would take into account.
