Experience:
Ignorant and unprofessional Human Resource Department - Did not respond to any calls and emails for providing the status of the application. The conversation was not at all closed professionally and ethically though Eaton is considered as "The Most Ethical Company" in the world, their own department does not think so.
Suggestion to Eaton HRD:
No matter you are interested in an applicant or no longer interested in an applicant, please bare some professionalism to close the conversation and provide application status. Closing the conversation not only ensures no hang-up for the applicant but also provides valuable feedback for improvement in his job search.
