      Supply Chain Graduate Scheme Interview

      Oct 26, 2015
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Cheltenham, Angleterre
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at EDF (Cheltenham, Angleterre) in Feb 2015

      Interview

Online Application, Numerical and verbal reasoning test, telephone Interview, assessment centre (Group exercises which did not involve particular knowledge of nuclear power, EDF talk and numerical and verbal tests), final interview with SC manager and HR member. Fairly straight forward process, with good contact at each stage, even gave a fairly detailed feedback sheet regarding performance at the assessment centre. Didn't expect a huge degree of specific knowledge on nuclear power for this role, but knowledge of supply chain was definitely needed. The company is really moving forward in the UK, and as such the graduates are deemed really important, and are encouraged to become chartered in their field.
