1st interview with the Operation Team- quite inquisitive sharp questions about my experience and my fit for this job 2nd with HR and Head of Operation- fairly normal and predictable questions

There were three rounds of interviews done via Skype and phone (live outside of Hong Kong) 1st with Line Manager (Skype - around 40 minutes) 2nd with Department Head (Skype - around 30 minutes) 3rd with HR Manager (phone - around 20 minutes) All of them asked about personality, skills, experiences, contribution to the job and also explained what this role requires and how the 1 year position will progress.
