Capgemini Automation Engineer interview questions

I got a interview call letter from HR.Went there for interview Before interview itself there was no in the face of interviewer & I don't know what round it was, a big discussion happened for the skill and than later I was told hr will update you. I got a email from HR after 1 week that Ur profile was in process with us for the opening & was not shortlisted we have opening in diff business unit and than later after 1 week I got a interview call letter & again I was called. I informed the HR that who is shortlisting the profile should be interviewer. HR promised that this time same thing will not happen. I went there before taking my interview different HR told me how many times you want to give interview in a shouting way, I explained the previous HR knows that I came here she insisted me to visit again on email and call. I was asked to attend again a telephonic round the guy started asking me questions about my skill set I gave all answer right he started asking me which is not in my skill set and than says I will update you and than HR told me you can go now. the hiring process seems to be fake and there seems to be no vacancy actually. the interviewer learns from the candidates on the skills set and keep them-self updated even sometimes ask the customer details where project is going. The interviewer panel has never done a single project of migration and have not idea apart from operation, they are from operations and doest have the capability to judge high level candidates & the technical team will never select a candidate who has better skill than them.

Heard about the opening from some consultancy. Had 2 interview rounds. Telephonic interview for technical round. 2nd round is managerial round. Both rounds are somewhat easy and the experience is good
