I applied online. I interviewed at Booking.com (Dominica) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple, personally I learned a lot about the business and other related stuff to UI and design patterns since the interview motivates you to read and come up with some ideas to improve the site. Personally, I dig into it deep in the business side. First its a quick test to validate some basic knowledge of Html, Js and Css, then phone screening, the recruiter was very nice and educated, he took the time to inform me about everything so I could understand the process. Then they invited me to a Live coding session with 2 developers, this part was very easy, the developers were very friendly and educated. They all in gral look like good people , and if the company culture its like that, then it should be a great place to work.
Went through a simple 20 minute online test and spoke with an HR recruiter. Despite the fact that I am a front end developer, I was being asked about metrics and analytics (not a word about their front end stack) by a non-tech recruiter who seemed way too confident in her appraisal capabilities.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Booking.com (Amsterdam) in Apr 2017
Interview
Hiring process was extremely fast! 3 solve three steps in 4 days. HR was very kind and pleased, technical interview was a bit strange. I solved all tasks but booking.com decided not to move forward with me because my JS knowledge isn't strong enough.
