I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Mar 2021
Interview
The interviewer was very calm and helpful... I was stunned to be asked about the destination route problem. I wasn't prepared for graph-based problems and honestly, after reviewing all the glassdoor reviews (over 50+ and no one got an offer from them), I was less motivated to prep so badly for their test.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Angleterre) in Dec 2020
Interview
Applied through referral link. Had 3 programming interviews, 2 usual leetcode style and 1 system design.
The last one was quite hard for the position of New Graduate and I should have designed a big, scalable system.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg in Dec 2019
Interview
The most impersonal process ever. I had a very easy phone screen which led me straight to the onsite. About 30 candidates sat together on a long couch, only 5 of which were women. We went on a tour of the office, and they picked us off one by one to our interviews, where I answered questions in a sterile little conference room with all glass walls, so everyone that walked by stared at me like I was a zoo animal. They left me alone in there for lunch and didn't tell me when the next interviewer would arrive. The interviewers were looking for one specific answer and were not willing to explore other possible answers. They were unfamiliar with python, and frequently interrupted me.
