I applied online. I interviewed at Andersen in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied on the website and a recruiter reached out to me about one day later. We set up a phone screen which was pleasant enough. She asked me to walk her through my background and "why tax."
After the phone screen, she set me up for a virtual interview with three members of tax group. The questions were pretty straightforward, and everyone asked "why tax," or "why Andersen." However, it seemed like none of the interviewers actually wanted to be there and it almost felt like they thought I was wasting their time.
About a week later, I got a generic email saying that they have decided to not move forward with my candidacy.
Interviews were very informative and conversational. All interviewers provided a really excellent viewpoint on company culture, day to day operations, and what sets this company apart from others. Overall very honest and forthright, no sugarcoating, and very willing to answer any questions. Care about if you like them almost as much as they care if they like you.

Question 1
What do you think will be the hardest thing for you?
The final interview took 3.5 hours, it was back-to-back interviews with different people of the team. In between, there was a mini case for 30 minutes, not very organized.
