Interview
It was an intake interview with talent acquisition partner from Poland. The interviewer was very unprofessional (no commercial acumen, unable to understand concepts or business terms). Most importantly the person herself wasn't able to answer the question why she works at Abbott or mention anything about values (whereas she was quite demanding to learn about my reasons to join the company). I think it's inappropriate to allow inexperienced/fresh grads employees to handle interviews for vacancies requiring experience.

Interview
Abbott’s interview process was thorough and well-structured. Communication was clear and timely at every stage. I applied online through their careers site, and about a month later, I was invited to an initial HR screening. This was followed by an interview with the hiring manager and several rounds with other team members. The final stage involved a panel interview where I presented a case study.
Throughout the process, both the recruiter and hiring manager provided regular updates and communicated timelines clearly. I received the offer two weeks after the final interview. Overall, it was a very positive and well-managed experience.

Interview
This was for a position at Lingo. First interview with recruiter, then hiring manager, and then 3 interviews with designer, program/product manager, and user research. The interview process can be long. The folks at Lingo are very talented and nice.

First round started with 30 minute screener interview with hiring manager, then Global Director. Then there was a series of 1:1 minute Behavioral interviews with cross-functional leaders. Final round was interview with VP.
